URBAN TECH (Sabah) Sdn Bhd was incorporated in 2018 and operated by a team of experienced engineers with many years in the industry. It strives to provide focused attention to your project, giving you balanced and optimal solutions to your needs and requirement.
We provide consultancy services in the areas of mechanical & electrical engineering for urban habitats. We have a good understanding of the current green technologies and sustainability initiatives. Coupled with the proven traditional building services, we are able to provide options for an environmentally friendly approach.
Our engineers with over 35 years of experience can provide for you services ranging from air conditioning, firefighting, plumbing, vertical transportation, electrical services, lighting, CCTV, Telecommunication network, solar services etc.
We aim to deliver customer satisfaction by paying attention to the needs of the project and dedication to the success of the end results. Time is a crucial factor & we strive to deliver our products on time. Our designers are trained in the use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) drafting techniques and are able to operate in 3D CAD environment.
We value teamwork and are able to integrate effectively in the project teams. With many years of servicing the industries, a good rapport is maintained with all the relevant authorities to ensure that the work will meet with smooth implementation.
